Welcome to the Aging and Disability Resource Center of Southwest Wisconsin. What is the Aging and Disability Resource Center of Southwest Wisconsin? The Aging and Disability Resource Center of Southwest Wisconsin is a regional multi county Aging and Disability Resource Center model which serves 8 counties, Crawford, Grant, Green, Iowa, Juneau, Lafayette, Richland and Sauk. Within this regional model are two Regional Aging and Disability Resource Center offices, the Aging and Disability Resource Center of Southwest Wisconsin-South, serving Grant, Green, Iowa and Lafayette counties.
What are the advantages in having regional offices? There are many services that an Aging and Disability Resource Center provide:
• Information and assistance to ensure that people who are contacting the Aging and Disability Resource Center are informed about resources and services available to them and to ensure that people are educated on programs and services so that they can make an informed decision about their options.
• Other services that are provided include, long term care options counseling, access to long term care programs and benefits, client advocacy, access to elder/adults-at-risk and adult protective services, Elderly Benefit Specialist services, Disability Benefit Specialist services, short term service coordination, information, transition services for youth transitioning into adult services, prevention and early intervention, marketing, outreach and public information.
Arica Wanezek is our new Disability Benefit Specialist who will serve people with disabilities ages 18-59.

We've added a Disability Benefits Specialst and an Information Assistance Specialist to our staff to better assist those aged 18 and up.
